In case you change your mind & wish to return the purchased item, we will issue a refund/exchange only under the following circumstances -

• The creation of a return/exchange request is within 24 hours, starting from the exact delivery time. (VHF doesn't allow the product exchange or refund once it's purchased until and unless we send the wrong product.)
• At VHF, we strictly prohibit return requests on open hair extension kits. Our hair extension products are not resold or repackaged once opened because of preservatives deficiency.
• Return or refund requests on sale items are subject to get canceled straightaway.
• Shipping charges are subject to be deducted on refunds/exchanges.
